If our product does not meet your expectations, you can return the goods within 4 weeks (28 days) from the order date as a package. In addition to the goods, please enclose the invoice and a short letter explaining why you are returning the goods. Within 5 working days after receipt of the package, we will refund the price paid using the payment details provided by you at the time of purchase - provided that the goods arrive undamaged and without qualitative impairments.

The 100% satisfaction guarantee applies to orders from the EU, Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Your rights under the statutory warranty and the statutory right of withdrawal are not affected and not limited.
