In which countries is the Sternenlotos available?

We ship our goods within the European Union and to Switzerland. What is important to pay attention to when using the Sternenlotos products?

The application of the Sternenlotos products is extremely simple. Please follow the application description on the labels or read here on the website in the menu item Products/Shop. In addition to textual application instructions, you will also find various videos on the individual products.

 

 

I also take other vitalization products. Can I share the Sternenlotos with these products?

You can use the Sternenlotos products without hesitation together with all other products that are good for you.

 

How long does the Sternenlotos pass remain valid?

When used properly, the Sternenlotos products are almost indestructible. The stored frequencies remain stored for many years and retain their power.

 

Is the Sternenlotos also suitable for children?

Naturally. Especially children love a harmonious environment. However, please make sure with smaller products like the Sternenlotos - The Original that the child does not play with it unsupervised. Due to the small size (2.5 x 2 cm), the leaf could easily be swallowed by small children.

 

What are the shipping costs? 

Shipping is free for Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Liechtenstein. From a total order amount of €250.00 shipping to all European countries is free. Information about shipping costs and delivery times can be found under the button Payment & Shipping in the footer of this website.

 

I am not at home during the day, can I give a different delivery address?

If you are a registered customer, you can store and manage multiple shipping addresses in your account. You can also have goods delivered to a Packstation or a post office.

 

Can I change or cancel an order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you want to change or cancel an order. We will do our best to intercept and adjust your order in time before it is shipped. Once the order has been handed over to the parcel service, a change or cancellation is no longer possible. However, you can return the products to us upon receipt. Please contact us by e-mail so that we know that a return shipment from you is on the way. We will find a suitable solution for you.

 

How quickly will I receive my order?

Orders that arrive on weekdays before 15.00 h, are usually shipped on the same day. You will receive your package in Austria, Germany and Switzerland after 2 to a maximum of 4 business days to the delivery address. Shipping information and conditions for all countries can be found under the button Payment & Shipping in the footer of this website. If you wish a delivery within 24 hours, we will be happy to arrange an overnight express for you. Please let us know immediately after placing your order. The 24 hour delivery service is associated with additional costs.

 

I have not received my package, what do I do?

Please check first in the tracking where your package is currently located. Has it already been delivered according to the tracking, but you have not received it? Sometimes it happens that the parcel carrier hands over the shipment to another family member or neighbor. Therefore, please ask if someone else has received your shipment. If the package cannot be found, please contact us with the order or shipment number.

 

According to the tracking system my order will be sent back to you. Why?

Probably in your case the shipment could not be delivered or the package was not picked up at the specified parcel service. Please contact us in this case by e-mail. As soon as we have received the return, we will send you the ordered products again. Please also check that the delivery address was entered correctly when you placed your order.
