What is special about BLOOOMING NATURE products?

We only include in our range of products what we put on the table ourselves every day. Honest, pure, genuine food from Mother Nature. And only what is really necessary to stay healthy under today's living conditions. We stand for the complete transparency of all ingredients, do without any synthetic additives, pay attention to a high dosage and the best available quality of the raw materials, stand for a very good price/performance ratio, avoid any animal products, ensure first-class compatibility and have the quality and ingredients confirmed by independent laboratories.

Of course, we manufacture all products exclusively in Germany under strictest parameters.

  

In which countries are BLOOOMING NATURE products available?

We deliver our goods within Germany and Austria. The products will be delivered within 2-4 working days (or faster :). On Sundays and holidays there is no delivery.

  

Can I open the capsules?

The capsules can be opened easily with a small twist. This is a good idea if you have problems swallowing capsules. In this case we recommend that you take the contents with some fruit juice. On the one hand, this allows the valuable ingredients to be absorbed well, and on the other hand, it neutralises any bitter substances or sour taste. Please do not use hot drinks, because the heat can affect the quality of the ingredients.

 

How should the products be stored?

We recommend that you store all products in their original packaging and in the folding box. This way they are optimally protected from the influence of light. Please also make sure to store them at room temperature, dry and out of reach of children. We also recommend that the products are not stored in the immediate vicinity of sources of radiation or electromagnetic fields such as electric cookers, microwaves, refrigerators or wifi routers. These frequencies affect the quality of the ingredients.

 

Are all BLOOOMING NATURE products vegan? 

Yes, only the Sango Sea Coral, which is officially not a plant, cannot be declared as a vegan product. Otherwise all ingredients of all products are 100% vegan.

  

Are the products suitable for children?

In principle, the ingredients are also suitable for children. ATTENTION: We would like to point out that any intake and the respective dosage must be clarified in advance with a doctor or alternative practitioner! If the doctor or non-medical practitioner gives his or her consent to take the product, we urgently recommend opening the capsules and administering the loose ingredients with liquid (e.g. fruit juice) in the correct dosage for your child (according to the doctor/ non-medical practitioner). The capsules are designed for adults and therefore too big for children to swallow.

  

What does the capsule shell of BLOOOMING NATURE products consist of?

Our capsules are made from plant fibres and are 100% vegan. They are resistant to gastric juices and therefore enable the optimal transport of nutrients into the intestine. The capsules are referred to as "Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose" (short HPMC) in the respective contents.

 

When should food supplements be taken?

We generally recommend that you always take food supplements with a meal (either just before or during a meal). Exceptions confirm this rule. Please follow the recommended dosage, which is stated on the label and on the folding box.

 

Are there any side effects?

Our food supplements are completely safe when taken according to the recommended dosage and due to their purely natural composition. Side effects, as they frequently occur with drugs, can be largely excluded.

  

I am already taking other products from BLOOOMING NATURE. Can I combine them?

Yes, all our products can be perfectly combined. Please follow the dosage recommendations on the label and folding box.

 

Why are there no statements about the effect and possible applications of the products?

We ask you to read about the effects of the respective food supplements on the Internet or in the relevant specialist literature. Since December 2012, distributors of food supplements have been prohibited from making health-related statements by the so-called Health Claim Regulation of the EU. What are the shipping costs? 

The shipping costs are 3.50 € for Germany and 3.90 € for Austria. From a total order quantity of € 50,- the shipping to both countries is free of charge.

 

I am not at home during the day, can I give a different delivery address?

If you are a registered customer, you can store and manage multiple shipping addresses in your account. You can also have goods delivered to a Packstation or a post office.

 

Can I change or cancel an order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel an order. We will do our best to catch and adjust your order before it is shipped. Unfortunately, once the order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to change or cancel it. You can, however, return the products to us. Please contact us by e-mail to let us know that a return shipment is on its way. We will find a suitable solution for you.

  

How quickly will I receive my order?

All orders received before 12.00 h will be shipped the same day. You will receive your package after 2 to a maximum of 4 working days.

 

I have not received my package, what do I do?

Please first check where your parcel is currently located in the tracking system. Has it already been delivered according to the tracking, but you have not received it? Sometimes the postman/parcel carrier hands the parcel to another family member or a neighbor. Therefore, please ask if someone else has received your parcel. If the parcel cannot be found, please contact us, quoting the order or consignment number: [email protected]

 

According to the tracking system my order will be returned to BLOOOMING NATURE. Why?

In your case, the shipment probably could not be delivered or the parcel was not picked up at the post office. In this case, please contact us by e-mail at [email protected]. As soon as we have received the return shipment, we will send you the ordered products again. Please also check the correct delivery address again.
